We provide the following when selling via phone, email, or website;

Description of goods.

Price of goods and vat.

Delivery Costs.

How payments can be made.

Right to Cancel.

This information is available on the website, and is sent with the goods as an invoice, this information is also conveyed over the phone and via email.

Right to cancel – Under the DSRs, consumers have the right to cancel by notifying us, in writing, via email or over the phone of there intention to cancel within 8 working days from receipt of goods. Return costs must be met by the customer, unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item has been sent then we will meet the cost of return. Refunds will be made within 30 days.

Customers supply of goods made to the customer’s own specification are exempt from right to cancel / return.


All items are covered by our Coastal Rides 3 month back to base warranty.

Gifts / Discount

Any gifts or discounts that may have been offered as part of any sale which is to be returned will also need to be returned, or will be charged for at full sale value.
